Just a tad annoyed...

Basically, I took the day off work because the Gas Man was due to come round and replace my aging gas meter. True to form the bugger didn't turn up. This was a holiday I could have saved and used later on in the year. On the plus side, I did finish off a few jobs I have been putting off. I am kind of sulking now and couldn't be bothered to go out. I digress...
I have been struggling about what to write about. So, I made a list. I didn't like it, I threw it away. I sorted through my books and there are lot of books heading towards the charity shop. I sorted out my DVDs/Blu Rays...I am keeping those. Then I made another list...and threw that away as well. You get the picture. Things aren't going well. I did get a fair bit of reading done though after I had done all that.
I have decided: I am going to keep my notebook handy in work tomorrow and when I get an idea or inspiration strikes...I'll be ready.

Where do we go from here...

I have been racking my brain trying to think of a topic to cover in this blog. I don't want to go down the route of writing about my day to day life, because let's face it unless your Batman it can be pretty boring. I also don't want to write about a subject that I ultimately lose interest in and it will tail off and die.
So, this is where you come in. Some of you have a pretty good grasp of the kind of things that interest me and drive my enthusiasm. How about you throw some suggestions at me to get the creative juices flowing? Something for me to research and get my teeth into. I am at a loss at the moment and other than using the blog to have a pop at someone, I don't know what else to do.

Let's Start Again...

As you have probably noticed I am not the best at keeping this blog up to date. I am hoping to change my ways and start to post items a lot more regularly that I have in the past.
There are a few things I want to discuss and get my point across about, but I have been struggling to find time when I am not in work due to a few family issues over recent months. That said there is a lot going on in the world of genre TV, films and books that I want to have two pen'orth about.
I am currently working on something at the moment and I will be posting it in the next few days. If you have been a loyal reader in the past you will know what to expect.
